Join Kinetix nutritionist, Amanda Schaer, and learn how to calculate the K-Balance of food found right in your kitchen. You will discover how to calculate the protein, carbohydrate and fat percentages from food labels, and how you can adjust meals to make them 40-40-20.

 

We will also take a look at several popular nutrition bars and flavored waters to see how they balance out.

 

What do you need for this class? Bring your knowledge and experience of K-Balanced nutrition, your burning nutrition questions, and any food labels that you have been curious about.

 

This class is complimentary to all Kinetix members. Come prepared to learn and have a great time!
