Kinetix Fitness Orientation - Track 2
Come join this week long class and learn the Kinetix fitness principles and strength training exercises. This is a great chance to learn from the Kinetix staff and receive pointers as you begin your Kinetix journey.
With Track 2, you will learn the following exercises:
Monday, Chest/Back/Abs: Incline Flye, Pullover, Leg Raise
Wednesday, Quads/Hams/Calves: Squat, Deadlift, One Leg Calf Raise
Friday, Shoulders/Biceps/Triceps: Side Lateral Raise, Incline Hammer Curl, Bench Dip
Sign-up for a 1 week Orientation. As a Kinetix member, this class is complimentary.
Note: You must have a Java Gym membership to participate in the Kinetix fitness classes offered at the Java Gym.
