The following questions will give you clearance for the Kinetix program. Your answers are condfidential and will only be used to clear you for particiaption with the Kinetix fitness program. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your Kinetix coach.
Once your questions are submitted, you are officially eligible for the In-Person Coaching program.
